Terms and Conditions

Toilet - Please ensure your dogs are comfortable for their grooming appointment for a couple of hours.  Please walk your dog and give him/her ample opportunity to toilet before coming to their grooming appointment.

Difficult/aggressive behaviour - for the safety of your pet and Feeling Groomy members of staff, you must disclose when booking if your dog exhibits any difficult or aggressive behaviour. Feeling Groomy reserves the right to muzzle aggressive dogs and to terminate the grooming session.  If your dog is turned away without grooming it or the session has to be stopped, the full grooming fee will still be chargeable.

Matted coats - An additional cost will be incurred for any dogs that require de-matting or removal of a matted coat.  

Feeling Groomy will not accept liability for any health problem which may be uncovered or aggravated by any part of the grooming process.

Missed appointments/Cancellations - Missed appointments and cancellations will incur a fee of £25 per dog.  Feeling Groomy understands your plans may change and you can't make your appointment so please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid paying the cancellation fee.

Photographs of your dog's haircut may be posted on Feeling Groomy's website/facebook page.  Please let me know if you are not happy for this to happen.
